Dash: Submission Guidelines

MAD about Words workshop participants are invited to submit a piece for publication in our eMagazine Dash.

There are a few rules and qualifiers, but they're easy.

1. You must have attended one of our workshops.
2. Your piece must be one written in response to a prompt given at the workshop.
3. We'd like you to take some time to revise and polish the writing that emerged during the workshop. You can even expand it.
4. Complete or excerpted fiction, nonfiction, prose, poetry are all acceptable.
5. No more than two submissions per person, per issue, please.
6. Submit 2,000 words or less. Very occasionally we may consider longer pieces.
7. We reserve the right to edit your submission.
8. Submission does not guarantee publication.
9. Submission guidellines are subject to change without notice.

Send your submission in Word format as an attachment here and include your full name, contact information, a reminder of the workshop or prompt your piece responds to, and a brief two-line bio we can publish to accompany your piece.
